Overview

Position will provide contract training in Lean and Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt for area business within Rock and Green Counties.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide instruction for assigned classes.
  2. Develop curriculum as required for assigned classes.
  3. Engage in ongoing student learning assessment to determine effectiveness of instruction and curriculum.
  4. Create a classroom environment that is respectful of diversity and demonstrates a commitment to multiculturalism.
  5. Maintain accurate student records and reports as requested by administrative offices.
  6. Remain current on developments in the teaching field so that instruction is delivered for a variety of learning styles, uses the latest supportive technology and utilizes alternative delivery methods.
  7. Remain current on curriculum content in the discipline and use of continuous quality improvement techniques and foster current evidence-based program assessment and improvement.
  8. Assist in the enforcement of college regulations and report student conduct violations to administration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Quality or related field.
  2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and proficient in MiniTab.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree in Business, Quality, or Engineering.
  2. Previous training/teaching experience with Lean Six Sigma Training.
