The ERP Applications and Integration Analyst provides technical programming support for BTC’s integrated administrative management information system (Banner) and companion products. Responsibilities encompass the full scope of applications development and ongoing support including functionality review, systems analysis, implementations, and application for technical and functional components of the ERP system. Additional products include other campus software and web applications that interact with Banner (i.e., portal, payment gateway, SQL, Sharepoint, Blackboard LMS/Analytics, Perceptive Content.)
This position operates in a team environment to support information technology solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity for the College. This position works closely with departmental staff to examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss findings, and design an appropriate improved IT solution.
The major areas of the ERP Applications and Integration Analyst position include:
Applications development and on-going support relating to implementation, integration, conversion, or other functional ERP system changes.
