Workforce and Community Development Division is seeking candidates to provide instruction to industry partners in the area of AutoCad and Solid Works.
Provide instruction for assigned training sessions.
Design effective training sessions including building education material that is current in both content and mode of delivery, and aligns with employer/community needs as reflected within the contract.
Create a classroom environment that is respectful of diversity and demonstrates a commitment to multiculturalism.
Remain current on developments in the teaching field so that instruction is delivered for a variety of learning styles, uses the latest supportive technology and utilizes alternative delivery methods.
Interpersonal Effectiveness/Team Skills. Report on training delivery and curriculum effectiveness. Demonstrate flexibility, excellent team player skills, and strong rapport-building skills.
Support Participants as a mentor and role model to achievement of their skills development and training goals.
Seven (7) years of applicable industry experience with Solid Works and/or AutoCad or applicable degree.
Strong Communication Skills
Previous training and/or teaching experience desired.
