Position is responsible to direct and process incoming telephone calls, provides information to callers, assists with filing student records, and enters student records into the integrated database. This position assists with prospective student communication, including telephone calls, mailings, emails, and scheduling appointments. This position is also responsible for calling 911 when an emergency occurs, and corresponding to Campus Security regarding the emergency situation.
Looking to hire 2 part-time employees to provide coverage to our Welcome Center.
Positions will be scheduled to work evenings (until 8 p.m.) and Saturdays (7 a.m. to 2 p.m). Hours may vary depending on campus needs and coverage.
