Blackhawk Technical College is seeking a dynamic and innovative academic leader to serve as the Dean of the Manufacturing, Apprenticeship, Technology, and Transportation (MATT) Division. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to lead a team of dedicated faculty and staff in a cutting-edge educational environment. The Dean will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of flexible education in BTC’s technical programs by leveraging the new, state-of-the-art Innovative Manufacturing Education Center (IMEC) on the Beloit-Janesville Campus to meet the evolving needs of students, industry, and the community.
Position supports the Admission and Enrollment department to ensure accurate records are maintained for prospective and accepted students. Processes enrollment documentation and ensures necessary documents, including transcripts from prior institutions, have been received. Position verifies we follow applicable rules, regulations, and policies. Responds to inquiries, provides information, and advise on options and alternatives in pursuit of an informed decision concerning educational goals. Position provides general support for the Recruitment and Enrollment Services team.
Under the direction of the Administrative Chair for Human service, Fire & EMS programs, this part-time Lab Asssistant position will provide support and to Credit and non credit fire classes. Duties include setting up and tearing down for pratical evolutions and assisting the instructor with instruction when requested for classes on and off campus locations.
The Paramedic Lab assistant will assist within the Associate of Applied Science Paramedic Technician program.Duties include setting up and tearing down for practical evolutions and assisting the instructor with instruction during practical sessions and testing students out on skills using the State EMS grids. Reports directly to Administrative Chair of Human and Emergency Services.
As the Women’s Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, support, and expertise to enhance performance, foster skill development, and promote a positive and collaborative environment. The ideal coach possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for helping others succeed. Coach will be expected to create a culture of compliance in all facets of NJCAA Bylaws and Polices. Welfare and safety of student-athletes is a priority.
The Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating the shuttle bus according to a set daily schedule. Individual must ensure that the shuttle bus is in good operating condition at all times, pick up and drop off students per the schedule, maintain order and security on the shuttle bus and obey all laws, regulations and rules of conduct. Shuttle Bus Drivers are part-time positions.
Position will fill in on shuttle bus routes as needed.
Student Security will provide general security to campus. Candidate will need to interact with all staff, students and college leadership to ensure a safe work environment throughout the campus.
Law Enforcement Program Role Player will assist lead instructors within the Law Enforcement Academy in facilitation of the Scenarios. Individuals will assist in the acting through of the scenarios for the Law Enforcement Academy.
This is a limited part-time position as it will only have hours a few times during the semester to meet the needs of the Law Enforcement Academy.
